Our owner, Robert, came up with the recipe for this wildly popular condiment. As a child during the 1950’s our owner Robert was an orphan and as a cost saving measure the orphanage would serve donated foods (often past the expiration date). Robert remembered the ketchup as particularly unpleasant… so he developed this thick and hearty variety that now has a huge fan following. Many of our customers buy this ketchup by the case. Made the way ketchup was made a hundred years ago, this is nothing like the supermarket variety folks! Try a little (a little goes a long way) on a hotdog, cheeseburger or fries and you’ll be a believer. Heavenly on meatloaf! -

Though similar in appearance, the huckleberry is smaller in size than its cousin the blueberry. We find the flavor is reminiscent of blueberry but ends with a delightful grape finish. This delicious berry is found in abundance in Montana as well as Idaho.
