Salmon with a Ginger Apricot Glaze

Salmon is one of the most popular fresh water fish and is rich in Omega 3 fatty acids and really, really tasty, especially with our Ginger Apricot Preserves Glaze!  Grilled, Broiled or Baked our Apricot Preserves combined with a touch of freshly grated ginger give a sweat, zesty flavor and a perfect fruity crusting to an already delicious fish.

Rockfish Cakes with Spicy Meyer Lemon Orange Marmalade

This Rockfish Recipe, a favorite creation of our Chef, ROCKS!  The sweet orange marmalade, combined with the tanginess of the lemon zest and the earthy spice of our gourmet mustard brings out the flavor of sweet Rockfish fillets.   Couple with a nice Pinot Grigio, fresh vegetables and a light salad and you have a perfect, easy to prepare meal that will have your family and guests feeling the California Coast with each bite!
