Our orange marmalade jam has received hearty accolades and approval from as far away as the United Kingdom, Scotland and Ireland (When the Brits, Scots, and Irish rave about our products, we know were doing something right.) The pieces of orange are huge, hand cut ridiculously thick, and packed into each jar so generously you'll wonder whether to spread it (on toast), spoon it (on ice cream), or baste it (on a ham or turkey)!

We start with velvety apricots picked at the peak of freshness. Orange to yellow with a blush of red, these beauties are the first ingredient in our mouthwatering apricot jam. Spread this thick jam on a toasted English muffin or try it on a cracker paired with parmesan cheese or Roquefort. It's delicious as a glaze for pork or chicken as well.

Loganberries are a hybrid of a blackberry and raspberry developed in the 1800's in Santa Cruz California. These dark wine-colored berries have a bright and tart taste reminiscent of a raspberry, but the blackberry's flavor is apparent as well in this interesting marriage of the two. Our Loganberry is a consistent customer favorite year after year. Slather it on a warm muffin or use it as a topping on pancakes!

Our owner, Robert, came up with the recipe for this wildly popular condiment. As a child during the 1950’s our owner Robert was an orphan and as a cost saving measure the orphanage would serve donated foods (often past the expiration date). Robert remembered the ketchup as particularly unpleasant… so he developed this thick and hearty variety that now has a huge fan following. Many of our customers buy this ketchup by the case. Made the way ketchup was made a hundred years ago, this is nothing like the supermarket variety folks! Try a little (a little goes a long way) on a hotdog, cheeseburger or fries and you’ll be a believer. Heavenly on meatloaf!

Using the whole fruit our succulent Sour Cherry jam is more sweet than sour. Each jar is packed full of sumptuous cherries. With its inviting rich red color, it will bring back memories of grandma's homemade cherry pie. Cherries are said to have one of the highest amounts of antioxidants of any food. Healthy and yummy...sweet!

Pronounced oh-la-lee berry. Olallieberry Jam is our customers longtime favorite and continues to be our best seller year after year. This unique berry is a hybrid of Blackberry, Youngberry and Loganberry. Originally developed in Oregon it is now mainly grown in Northern California. Similar in appearance to a Blackberry yet longer, it typically measures 1 inch in length. Plump, delicate, and sumptuous, this sweet fruit is at the heart of our delicious Olallieberry Jam.
