Sweet and Tangy Pistachio, Honey and Mustard Pacific Salmon

Try this simple and quick (20-minute) recipe for delicious salmon filets!

Makes 2 servings


1 lbs salmon
1 Tbsp Our Seeded Mustard
1 1/2 Tbsp Our Pistachio Butter
1 1/2 Tbsp Our Wildflower Honey
1 Tbsp of olive oil
2 cloves crushed garlic
1 1/2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tsp water
1/4 cup chopped pistachios
Salt and Pepper
Pinch of cayenne pepper

Preheat oven to 375 F.  Dry salmon with a paper towel and salt and pepper.

Mix together in a bowl our Seeded Mustard, our Pistachio Butter, and our Wildflower Honey,
olive oil, crushed garlic, pinch of cayenne,fresh lemon juice and water.

Make a few slices (not all the way through) in the salmon and spread the sauce on top of salmon.  Bake for 12-20 minutes (it’s ready when salmon flakes easily), and garnish with toasted pistachios and fresh dill. Enjoy!
