Salmon with a Ginger Apricot Glaze

Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 375° F. 
  2. In a large bowl, combine the grated ginger, our apricot preserves, soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of chopped chives.
  3. In a broiler safe baking sheet place the salmon skin side down.
  4. Coat each fillet with the Ginger apricot glaze.
  5. Bake – Glazed salmon fillet’s15 minutes or until almost cooked completely through.
  6. Broil – Place salmon under the broiler until the glaze starts to bubble. Watch closely and do not let the glaze blacken.
